What gets you motivated?

Have you seen those motivational posters that have an image, followed by one word or a short phrase, and then a one line description?

Want to create you own motivation poster but lack the skill to whip it up in Photoshop?
Seems someone has already though of that. Check out Motivator: Inspire! Motivate! Mock! a page that will create them for you, just add image and text.
