Highlighting organic on your sign? Maybe use green text? (photo)

Noticed this supermarket in Glebe highlighting the fact it sells organic products by putting the word organic in a different colour.

But, if you are going to go to that much trouble, is black really the correct colour for the word? Don’t you think it might make more sense to have it green? Which even contrasts well with the orange background.

Found this werewolf in a toy store. The packaging says for ages 3-8 years, but really, do you think this is the sort of thing you would give to a 3 year old?

Yes, the 3-8 years labelling is probably about safety guidelines for the product. I still think it is marketed at the wrong age bracket.

Packets of Bega cheese display an extra 25% offer at the moment. I suppose the extra 25% must come from somewhere. And some packs seem to be be shorted as a result.

It is funny to find signs telling you not to use the display toilets in IKEA. I wonder how many people would use the toilets in a public place if not signposted?

Shopping for chorizo in David Jones, and I noticed a typo in their sign. Well, a missing first letter. ‘ade in Australia’

Perhaps the sign producer needed some aid, and, unfortunately, I do too, because I seem to have taken a photo where you can’t even see the thing I am trying to make a job about (the sign in the background).

At least dinner tasted good.

Moove has changed their branding (yet again)

Moove flavored milk has changed it’s branding again. But I don’t think it will help much. The problem with Moove is the Flavour, not the packaging.

Even special deals can’t sell new bread

Coles has a special deal on Abbott’s Village bread. Buy 2 loves for only $6. But it doesn’t appear to have worked for the their newest variety.

As you can see from the photo, the shelves are completely empty of Abbott’s Village bread, except for that new Malted Flakes loves.

So, are people just sticking with what they know? Or is it something to do with avoiding bread with green on it?
