Earlier this month, the game company Bethseda served a cease-and-desist on Swedish game developer Mojang, the developers of my all-time favorite game Minecraft. The cease-and-desist was a demand on the developers to change the name of their current game in development, “Scrollsâ€, claiming that it infringes with Bethseda’s trademark for its “Elder Scrolls†game franchise.
